Lunch

The project leaders Jeffery and Jocelyn, and all the team (inc the ring-in) were invited to lunch at the Sheik's house.

We were treated to a fantastically generous feast, including the most magnificent seasoned and grilled fish, salads, Omani bread (very thin crepe-like) and equally delicious desert and mint tea.  Kathryn got a cooking lesson & recipe for one of the desert dishes.

After lunch, the sheik's sons and a cousin showed us a traditional outside shade structure decorated with some traditional artifacts.  It was surprisingly cool for a very light structure.
